If you have ever been part of a club's staff, what was main thing you based your decision upon to stay working there?
Money - if it doesn't pay well I am outta there! Fun (vips and staff enjoying the club) Great Music Little to no shouting in caps or spamming. Owners who actually take part in chat and events. Because I love djing/dancing/hosting. Themed Contests and/or Trivia during events Big Crowds/Popularity & High Traffic Room Chat that's always flowing and fun for all Other (please leave comment)
